Maryann Bruce
Director since 2025

Ms. Bruce has served on the Board of Directors of Amalgamated Bank (NASDAQ: AMAL) since 2018. She is currently the Chair of the Enterprise Risk Oversight Committee and also serves on the Executive, CSR, Audit, and Credit Committees. Ms. Bruce has also been the Chair of the Board of Directors of Pop Venture Fund, a registered closed-end interval fund, since 2024; and has served as President of Turnberry Advisory Group, a private consulting firm, since 2007.  

Ms. Bruce previously served on the board of directors and as the Chair of Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee of NextPoint Financial, Inc. (TSX: NPF.U), a financial services organization supporting underserved consumers and small businesses, in 2023. From 2016 to 2018, she served on the board of trustees of PNC Funds, an investment manager. She also served as a member of the board of directors of MBIA, Inc. (NYSE: MBI), a holding company for financial guarantee insurance companies, overseeing Cutwater Asset Management, from 2012 to 2017; as a member of the board of directors and the Chair of the Compensation Committee of Atlanta Life Financial Group, a private financial services company, overseeing Herndon Capital Management, from 2014 to 2016; and as a member of the board of trustees of Allianz Global Investors Fund Management, LLC, an active investment manager serving retail and institutional clients worldwide, from 2010 to 2014.

Ms. Bruce graduated magna cum laude from Duke University’s Trinity College of Arts & Sciences in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Karen Caldwell
Director since 2025

Ms. Caldwell is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Tides Organization, having recently served in similar roles with Reform Alliance (CFO, 2019-2024); NHP Foundation (CFO and Treasurer, 2018-2019); and New York City Housing Authority (CFO and Executive Vice President, 2016-2018). In these capacities, Ms. Caldwell has experience building highly profitable businesses with expertise across all major financial and operational disciplines. Ms. Caldwell has also served on the board of trustees and as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Saba Capital Income & Opportunities Fund since 2020 and Saba Capital Income & Opportunities Fund II since 2023. She previously served on the board of trustees of Finite Solar Finance Fund from 2021 to 2023.

Ketu Desai
Director since 2024

Mr. Desai is Principal of i-squared Wealth Management, Inc., since 2016; he is Chief Investment Officer of Centerfin since 2020. Mr. Desai serves as Trustee of Templeton Global Income Fund since February 2023 and Trustee of Saba Capital Income & Opportunities Fund since July 2020. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Stony Brook University, and a M.S. in Economics from New York University. Mr. Desai has also received an MBA from NYU Stern in Finance, Financial Instruments and Markets, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Paul Kazarian
Director since 2024

Mr Kazarian is Partner of Saba Capital Management, L.P., since 2013. He is Trustee of Templeton Global Income Fund since May 2021 Trustee of Miller/Howard High Income Equity Fund since October 2022 and Trustee of Destra Multi-Alternative Fund since December 2023. Mr. Kazarian received his B.A. in Political Science from Bates College.

Neal Neilinger
Director since 2025

Neal Neilinger is a finance professional with nearly four decades of experience in global capital markets, credit trading and investment management.  He is the founder of Congressional Capital Management and previously served as Head of Family Office Coverage at Jefferies, advising ultra-high-net-worth investors and family offices.  Over the course of his career, Neal has held senior leadership roles at major global financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, Credit Agricole and Dresdner Kleinwort where he specialized in credit trading, debt syndication and institutional markets.

He has also served in governance and advisory roles, including board positions in financial investment organizations such as Voya Prime Rate Trust, North Star Gaming a Toronto stock exchange listed company and Sabal Palm Bank as head of the executive committee.  Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.
